Jessica was born and raised in Valparaiso, Indiana.

She studied massage therapy in the early 2000's and became certified in 2004.

Jessica opened Mellow Moods, LLC in 2020 so she could help clients to find relief from the every day stresses in life and to help to alleviate pain through the massage techniques she offers.

Jessica's training and experience gives her the knowledge of how to pinpoint the source of muscle pain so that the work she does can be as effective as possible.

Jessica is happily married and is the mother of 2 wonderful children.

In her spare time Jessica likes to learn about mental and physical wellness so she can continue to positively impact the lives she touches.
